In perusing the Sacramento Times, I read your advertisement for a qualified property manager. Due to my experience and skills in the field, I would appreciate your consideration for the job.

After obtaining my BS in Business Management from Southern Cal University, I embarked on a career in property management for small apartment complexes in the Oakland area. With outstanding success in managing tenant issues, leasing available units, and retaining qualified maintenance personnel, I applied and won a job managing large commercial and residential complexes for Expedia Holdings in Sacramento, where I have worked since 2005. I now believe it is time for a new challenge.

I carefully screen both residential and retail tenants, selecting appropriate candidates, and ensuring timely payment of rental fees. Proudly, I have generated a revenue increase more than 15% each year with the company, ensuring that all expenses remain within budgetary constraints

I am consistently proactive in all maintenance and landscaping tasks, ensuring a pool of qualified professionals and outside contractors to handle all routine repairs and emergency situations in a timely manner.

My marketing experience allows me the ability to successfully advertise all vacancies in appropriate venues and generally fill openings within 60 days or less. Currently, I supervise a staff of seven direct reports and provide orientation and training to incoming personnel.
