1. WHO SHOULD YOU REFER? (The Ideal Client)

We recommend that you refer our ideal prospect to benefit us both. The more IDEAL THE PROSPECTS, the more $$'s we can produce for you in a shorter period.

Our ideal prospects/clients fit somewhat into these criteria:

Hold a Manager, Director, or Executive Job Title
High Achievers Who Are Notorious Problemsolvers, Have Type A Personalities, etc.
Seasoned Professionals Aged Between 35 and 55

2. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT OUR PROCESS

You should know immediately that we are a concierge writing and coaching service. This means we provide one-on-one, customized attention to each client. We begin every prospect relationship by scheduling an initial 15-minute consultation (step 1) that lets us get acquainted and learn more about what they're hoping to accomplish with their latest job transition. We provide a project proposal when prospects are comfortable with us and wish to proceed (step 2). We utilize a NO PRESSURE sales approach. We start the relationship for new clients by scheduling a project launch call (step 3).

You must understand that our sales process is multi-step. Therefore, our initial conversations with prospective new clients could last days or weeks before a buying decision is made.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BEING AN AFFILIATE

By participating in the Resume to Referral, LLC, affiliate program, you state that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions of our affiliate agreement.

4. PAYOUTS & PAYMENTS

Currently, we pay a 10% payout for each prospect that becomes a client. For example, writing services generally start around $795US and can be as high as $1495US. This means a prospect you refer that becomes a client at a $1295US price point would be a $129.50US payout to you.

Payouts are made for resume/cover letter writing, interview/career coaching, and LinkedIn profile writing services only. Currently, our affiliate/referral program EXCLUDES and DOES NOT offer affiliate payouts for any referrals who initially (or in the future) purchase books, pamphlets, VIP services, membership programs, and products/services beyond writing and coaching.

HOW PAYMENTS ARE ISSUED: Payments are issued via bank check and/or PayPal, depending upon each affiliate's preference.

FREQUENCY OF PAYMENTS: Depending on the volume of affiliate activity, monthly and quarterly payouts are available. Affiliates who generate continuous and reliable monthly sales from quality referrals are often paid monthly, while affiliates who generate sparse or inconsistent sales are often paid quarterly. Payout timelines can vary as needed and choose the payout timeline based on the open project status and referral-by-referral basis.

5. HOW TO MANUALLY SEND REFERRALS

Submitting referrals automatically is ideal and preferred, though you can also send referrals manually. To do so, provide our contact information (see below) and pop us a quick email with the referral's name and contact information (the latter isn't required, but it helps us with prospect follow-up).

For an automated approach, below are various promotional materials you can use to optimize earned profits from different locations. There are 4 ways to send referrals through your affiliate link automatically:

Banner (Published in Your Website Sidebar or In-Content of Post/Page)
Affiliate Plug-in (In-Content Automation)
Website Navigation Integration (Your Website Navigation Bar)

A. TEXT LINKS

Text links are the most common strategy, enabling you to include your referral code in your website, email, blog content, etc. We offer different links to support prospects where THEY ARE in the buying journey.

For warm/hot leads (aka those ready to buy and are looking for a provider), here are links to the most common destination/services pages for prospects:

It's also worth noting that we offer a few customized landing-page destinations for those in specific job titles/career fields (see below). Let us know if you cater to a specific career field that's not included. We can develop a specialized landing page for you.

For cold leads, it's sometimes best to send those folks to content and low-dollar products.
